PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
These single action spring hinges will close a door with a tensioned spring coil in the spine of the hinge. Not to be confused with similar looking double action spring hinges.
- Supplied with tension pins, which are inserted into holes on the spine of the hinge once the hinge has been tensioned to the desired closing speed.
- These hinges should not be used to close a fire door as they are not a recognised as a tested means.
- Silver sprayed steel.
- Please note these hinges are supplied without screws – standard BZP pozi screws are recommended.

Description
Hinge Sizes & Door Weights Guide, BASED ON 2 HINGES FITTED ON A DOOR (3 hinges per door may be required for heavier doors)
- 75mm hinges will suit 18-25mm thick doors, up to 600mm wide – max 15Kg
- 102mm hinges will suit 25-35mm thick doors, up to 780mm wide – max 22Kg
- 125mm hinges will suit 30-35mm thick doors, up to 700mm wide – max 27Kg
- 150mm hinges will suit 35-40mm thick doors, up to 750mm wide – max 40Kg
